Shelley Brown has been with the firm for over eight years and  practices almost exclusively in the area of Employment Law. Before joining the firm, in addition to working in-house for Prudential of America, he was the Director of Human Resources. As a result, he has an extensive background and knowledge relating to employment law including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, appropriate notice, restrictive covenants, non-solicitation agreeements and  human rights.

In addition to these areas he also practices in the area of life and disability insurance.

As part of Shelley’s commitment to upgrading his knowledge in his practice area of Employment Law, he enrolled in a Master’s Program at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He was awarded his Master’s Degree in Employment and Labour Law in 2012.
