Shelley Brown has been with the firm
for over eight years and practices almost exclusively
in the area of Employment Law. Before joining the firm,
in addition to working in-house for Prudential of America,
he was the Director of Human Resources. As a result, he
has an extensive background and knowledge relating to employment
law including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal,
appropriate notice, restrictive covenants, non-solicitation
agreeements and human rights.

As part of Shelley’s commitment to upgrading his knowledge in his practice area of Employment Law, he enrolled in a Master’s Program at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He was awarded his Master’s Degree in Employment and Labour Law in 2012.
