David  practices commercial, real estate and estate law as a partner with our business law group.  David represents a diverse clientele including individuals as well as businesses of various sizes. He has extensive experience in areas of business structuring, acquisitions, commercial leasing, commercial contract drafting as well as a wide variety of commercial and real estate transactions. David also provides ongoing legal advice on a variety of issues to doctors, dentists and other health care professionals. David also provides ongoing advice and representation to non-profit housing co-operatives throughout Southern Ontario.  He also has extensive experience in the areas of Wills, Estates, Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

David has also acted as an Instructor at Humber College and the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and is a periodic author of articles on various legal issues.
