Irwin Steinberg is the senior founding partner of our firm, and is the head of our Business Formation and Acquisitions, Trademarks, Estates and Trusts, Immigration and Real Estate groups.

Irwin's practice focuses on corporate commercial transactions, acquisitions and M&A, and services client bases ranging from small entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 corporations. He also specializes in the purchase, sale and financing of pharmacies and related ventures.

Irwin is also instrumental in applying for, and obtaining, trademarks for a multitude of words and designs to protect assets represented by valuable names and logos. In this way, he has protected the property of a wide variety of business interests.

Irwin has also taught real estate, professional responsibility and business law at the Law Society of Upper Canada, and has written numerous articles on business issues.
